Ok, ok, ok Boyd...

Hi San Antonio. I tried to rush back to the office and update this blog before Boyd updated his blog about my progress, but he beat me by seconds. Since I don't like to brag, I'll just send you to his blog:

Personal Trainer in San Antonio Blog

Boyd, thank you for your patience and motivation and threats to kill me if I didn't eat what I was supposed to LOL LOL LOL (I'm kidding, people who don't know him). Every workout is fun and exciting and you've pushed me further and harder than I ever would on my own, and so much more than personal trainers I have used in the past. You're the best, and I feel fortunate to be a client and a friend!

Tomorrow is LEG DAY!

Gulp! My legs are still cooking from my stadium work this weekend, and I have a feeling we're going to get brutal tomorrow.

Boyd's letting me increase the calories for a week to kind of rekindle my metabolism. I already eat a ton (and keep getting leaner and leaner, losing more and more fat), but I'll definitely welcome the opportunity to add more carbs for a few days!

If you haven't checked out Boyd's new site, http://personaltrainerinsanantonio, do so now. It's absolutely loaded with information and he's adding numerous articles every single day on fat loss, body transformation and other neat stuff. His article on A-Rod and Steroids in America was absolutely classic and was better than anything I have read on the big sports sites (I'm a sports girl).

I'm going to look at new mountain bikes tomorrow, so if I get a new one, I'll throw up a pic here!

Have a great week everyone!

Boyd's New "Personal Trainer in San Antonio" Website

Hey San Antonio,

Just a quick note to check out Boyd's (other) new fitness site:
Personal Trainer in San Antonio - www.personaltrainerinsanantonio.com.

He has already updated it with several great fitness and nutrition related articles, so check it out!

I set a new milestone today: I squatted 125lbs. Ok, a little background. On October 31, I weighed 142. Today, I weigh 120, and my body composition is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.

So, back to the squatting 125lbs. I didn't just squat it once, I squatted it 20 times. These weren't shallow knee bends, these were Boyd squats, aka ASS TO THE GRASS. You think weight lifting isn't anaerobic? I was gasping for air and thought I was going to throw up, but now that I've done it? I know for a fact that the best is yet to come. OMG, I never imagined I could squat my bodyweight 20 times!!!

I'm meeting a new group I have put together at the stadium tonight for our Tuesday/Thursday sprint/stairs session. I don't know what I have left, but it will be a blast!

Get PHYSICAL!
